Montellos
In the heart of the region where the best beef in Spain is located, the slaughterhouse Montellos is specialized in Galician beef, mutton and veal quality.
Founded in 1964 and located in the heart of Galicia, has undergone a complete renovation of the plant in 2010 which has helped is now regarded as one of the best European slaughterhouses.
In facilities of 6,000 m2, we have:
- Slaughter line for up to 50 animals / hour.
- Cutting plant with capacity of 75 tons / day.
- Store fresh and frozen refrigerator with a capacity of 5,000 m3.
Madrid
Cárnicas Medina is located in Leganes (Madrid) where we have 12,000 m2 of facilities that have:
- Cutting plant and veal with a capacity of 100 tons / day.
- Chamber of meat products for the production of snacks and burgers.
- Cleanroom for portioning and modified atmosphere packaging.
- Skin threaded.
- Store fresh and frozen refrigerator with a capacity of 20,000 m3.
Valencia
ECMedina is located in Buñol (Valencia). where we have 55,000 m2 of facilities that have:
- Slaughter line for up to 100 animals / hour.
- Cutting plant and veal with a capacity of 130 tons / day.
- Chamber of meat products for the production of snacks, minced meat and burgers.
- Skin threaded.
- Store fresh and frozen refrigerator with a capacity of 40,000 m3.
